Custom T-Shirt, Hoodie & Apparel Printing
Custom-printed apparel is one of the most effective ways to build brand recognition. At Aero Print we print on t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, caps, aprons and other garments using DTF, screen printing and embroidery. We print custom t-shirts from a single piece — for companies, schools, teams, festivals and individual customers.
Textile Printing Techniques
- DTF printing (Direct to Film) — transferred onto textile via film. Suited to smaller runs, complex designs and photos. Excellent colour durability, works on dark garments too.
- Screen printing — the classic technique for larger runs (100+ pieces). Most cost-effective for simple 1–4 colour logos. Extremely durable and wash-resistant.
- DTG printing (Direct to Garment) — digital printing straight onto the fabric. Suited to small runs with rich, colourful designs on light-coloured garments.
- Embroidery — logo stitched with thread rather than printed. A premium look for corporate shirts, caps and jackets.
- Flex transfer — for metallic, gloss and special effects on textile.
Corporate & Team Apparel
Apparel with a company logo creates a professional impression, a unified team look, and doubles as a practical marketing tool. We prepare uniforms for reception and sales staff, protective workwear, apparel for trade fairs and conferences, team kit for sports and recreation, and t-shirts for school and cultural events.
Frequently Asked Questions About T-Shirt Printing
What is the minimum order quantity for t-shirt printing?
With DTF printing we print from a single piece. For screen printing the minimum is 50 pieces per colour of the design. There is no minimum for embroidery. We recommend DTF for small runs and screen printing for larger ones — the economics flip at roughly 80 pieces.
Can I bring my own garments to be printed?
Yes. We accept your own garments for printing or embroidery. Garments should be at least 65% cotton or polyester, depending on the technique. DTF printing works on most textile materials.
How durable is printed apparel?
With proper washing (40°C, inside out), DTF printing withstands 50+ washes without visible fading. Screen printing is even more durable, lasting 100+ washes. For best results we recommend washing at 30–40°C and air-drying.
Do you supply the garments, or only the printing?
Both — we can source base garments (t-shirts, hoodies, jackets) from trusted suppliers, or print on garments you provide. For corporate orders we recommend our full package: garments + printing + packaging.
What is the turnaround time for custom t-shirts?
For DTF printing up to 50 pieces, turnaround is 2–3 working days. For screen printing, 5–7 days. Express service is available for DTF orders up to 20 pieces placed before 12:00 — ready the next working day.
Send us your logo and expected quantity — we’ll send a quote with a print-position mockup within 2 hours.
