Frequently asked questions
What file format should I send?
PDF in CMYK colour mode, 300 dpi resolution, with 3 mm bleed on all sides. We also accept AI, PSD and INDD files. If you are unsure, send what you have — our prepress team will check it and advise.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard orders are completed within 24–48 hours after proof approval. Express same-day printing is available for select products. Large-format jobs and packaging typically take 3–5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We regularly ship to Austria, Croatia, Germany, Italy and other EU countries. Delivery costs depend on weight and destination — we include them in every quote.
Can you handle the design?
Our in-house design team can create or adapt your materials. Design fees start at 30 EUR for simple adaptations. Send us a brief and we will include a design quote alongside the print quote.

Send us an email with your file or project description, quantity, format, and deadline. We reply with a quote within 1–2 hours on business days. You can also call us directly during office hours.
Where are you located?
Aero Print is at Bratovševa ploščad 34, Ljubljana. We are open Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00. Free parking is available on-site. We are 5 minutes from Ljubljana ring road (Vzhodna obvoznica).
How do I send large print files?
For files under 25 MB, send directly by email. For larger files, use WeTransfer or Google Drive. We also have an upload link available on request. Accepted formats: PDF, AI, EPS, InDesign package, high-res PSD.
