Challenge
A young company secured an exhibition space at a regional business trade show. The problem: only 5 working days remained, and they had zero printed materials. No roll-up, no flyers, no business cards. Their entire visual identity existed only as a logo in a PDF file.
They needed a single provider to take over the entire project — from design to print and finishing. Coordinating with multiple suppliers in such a tight timeframe was not an option.
Solution
We assigned a single point of contact — a project coordinator who managed the entire process. Our designer prepared concepts for all 5 products in a unified visual style on day one. After approval, we launched parallel production: roll-up on 440gsm PVC, flyers on 170gsm matte paper, business cards on 350gsm chromo cardboard with matte lamination, folders on 300gsm paper with a pocket, and a beach flag on polyester fabric.
Parallel production on different machines means 5 different products don’t require 5 times the lead time — everything runs simultaneously.
Result
Within 5 working days — from the first call to pickup — the client received complete trade show equipment: 1 roll-up banner (200 × 85 cm), 500 A5 flyers, 200 business cards, 50 folders, and 1 beach flag. The client received positive feedback on their visual presence at the show and secured 12 new business contacts.
They now order a complete kit for every event — on average 4 times per year. Preparation time has decreased to 3 days, since we already have all templates and specifications on file.
